I am thankful for my wonderful journey of training and becoming a level two KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (as taught by Yogi Bhajan). I have also completed a Teacher Training for Addictive Personality course with Carolyn Cowan. This has led me to be passionately involved with Gong Sound Therapy, and under guidance of Mark Swan, I obtained a Level Two Gong Practitioner’s certificate. Over the last 6 years I have been developing and refining this craft and I am pleased to be offering group Gong Baths, Sound relaxation sessions with Crystal Bowls and Gongs in my Healing Room at home in Stockport. 1-1 healing sessions can be arranged.

This has been the most significant life changing thing that has happened to me, I am now immersed in this work full time and work with people in recovery from addiction using sound therapy and Kundalini yoga.
